Qualitas has been successful in securing a place on the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the commissioning of construction consultants to undertake the provision of Clerk of Works Services to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Under our role as COW, Qualitas will primarily support the construction of:
• Newbuild housing including (but not limited to) flats and houses for social and mixed tenure occupation on brownfield, greenfield and infill sites.
• Education Construction Projects
• Regeneration Scheme Projects
• General Building and Maintenance Works
