As a company we are committed to making every effort to ensure the final product offered to our client by the contractor is to the highest possible standard.


It is also equally important to us that the residents who occupy these newly constructed homes feel a part of a community that they are proud of. We maintain a full Aftercare Service for our clients which includes provision to visit each resident at their home during the first weeks of occupancy to assist them to gain a functional understanding of their new property. Any defects noted during this initial visit are raised on a report by our Aftercare team and issued to the contractor (covered during the twelve month defect liability period). Residents are then invited to maintain contact with us during this period in relation to any further queries.

During the pandemic we have been proactive in our provision of service to all parties, and we continue to gain reputation within different organisations for our commitment, We aspire to zero defects for residents.
