Crystal Morgan -
Executive Director
Crystal has been with Qualitas since the company was formed. Her work ethic and drive has seen her gain worthy promotion to the position of Executive Director. She has played a major role in the
elevation of Qualitas’s rise to one of the industries most reliable and highly thought of construction consultants. Not only is she responsible for finance and accounts, she is the first port of call for all office and client related business. Her knowledge and communication skills make her essential to the company. Crystal is the heartbeat of the company.
Ian Ness -
Director
Ian has worked with Qualitas for eight years, joining the company as a Site Inspector. Due
to his excellent leadership skills and all round construction knowledge, he was soon elevated
to the role of Director of Operations in order to head up a number of large regeneration projects that we have recently been assigned to. Ian is a great problem solver and an invaluable asset
for the company moving forward.

David is part of the aftercare team, helping to liaise with HAs., residents and contractors. He continues the tradition at the company to prioritise the aspirations of all parties concerned in the creation of excellent
housing for all communities.
