Qualitas was formed in 2008 at the express requirement of one of the largest housing associations in London and have continued

to work on their behalf since that date. We remain independent and now carry out site inspection work for other HA’s who, through association, have become aware of the value we bring to the contracts we oversee and have invited us to complete the process for inclusion on their frameworks.

Qualitas have been appointed to over one hundred major construction projects that have been successfully completed to a

very high standard and we actively work on between twenty and thirty developments at any given time.

The majority of our appointments is to new build contracts with many incorporating complex M&E systems. We have also

worked on a number of refurbishment

and conversion schemes. Our aim on being commissioned to a site is to ensure that

the works are carried out according to

the drawings, specification and Employers Requirements, and that the finals and

finishes are achieved to the highest

possible standard to aid the industries

endeavour to achieve zero defects.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve work on site and the reporting process we use, which consists of a written account of workmanship and defects noted, including adherence to all health and safety issues,

and the progress being made, in line with

the contractors programme. We also report on the resourcing of the works with trades and site management. Each report has an attachment of photographic evidence of both progress and workmanship. There is also

a percentages graph to help plot progress.

In order to give our Clients the confidence

that their interests are being looked after

on site, Qualitas is focused on providing

an excellent service, using highly trained

and experienced staff and tried and tested procedures. We pride ourselves on our collaborative way of working and delivering the very highest quality of homes on time

and with as near zero defects as is possible.
